I Invite You to Meet Me

I graduated from Christian Coach Institute, May 2020, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach training school. ICF is the leading global organization to advancing the coaching profession and is considered the gold standard in coaching. When I received my certification as a professional life coach my assessor evaluated my coaching skills as sensitive, effective, transformational, and exemplary.

I grew up in Manitoba, Canada and have lived in Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Ontario, and currently my husband and I live in lovely Ohio. We have a cat and dog, the cat rules! I am employed on the medical/surgical unit at Wooster Community Hospital as a registered nurse (BSN). With nearly nineteen years of experience, I am also a nursing substitute teacher and clinical instructor, and have past experience as a clinical instructor and preceptor for the University of Akron.

I understand the professional side of nurses (and other medical personnel), their myriad responsibilities, and their busy way of life. As a coach I can help nurses (and other women) with their personal and professional growth and development, seeking opportunities to enhance their confidence and create a more meaningful life.

My hobbies include: biking, traveling, gardening, sewing, and connecting with family and friends.
